just a suggestion..........for newly registered boxes support download must not be limited to 25 per day since when buying new box flash files is not included in the package...thanks

maybe give at least one month of unlimited number of downloads

sir just wanna ask what box do you have? the red (old) or the blue (new) one???

perhaps this will help to a newbie like me... i only got the old one (RED) and you're right its only 25 flash files/day...

red and this is the new one old box have no built in smart card

ye the old infinity box was just a plain silver one like ive got and then the smart card was in a little usb stick.

But i just bought a box with out smart card from unlocking expert in manchester and put my card into it.
