You have e-mail or person who can repair your dongle but you pefer not contact to support person but attach pictures with your dongle details in public forum. What is your aim ? Do you want to post pictures or repair dongle ? What to do: 1. upgrade your dongle firmware again 2. if everything is Ok: report here 3. if something wrong: 3.1. contact to [email protected] 3.2. don't make any screenshots because it's just a waste of time and zero useful information, but attach in your mail file from DongleManager folder: DongleManager.log 3.3. wait instructions from support person |
