Support for infinity not work for me since 4 moths ago,no good solution from support - GSM-Forum

I have Infinity , I have 4 months since support not work for me, always same problem when try to enter support with last shell version . I always get this message ,..I send it mail to support but they keep telling me to download last shell, i did that! but same thing.... I'am seeeeeek to keep asking friens to download from support for me....

I FOLOWED you advice upgrade it dongle ,now things are worst , cannot use no more any infinty sw.

Do you think that the best way to solve your problem is to post pictures here ?
You have e-mail or person who can repair your dongle but you pefer not contact to support person but attach pictures with your dongle details in public forum.
What is your aim ? Do you want to post pictures or repair dongle ?

What to do:
1. upgrade your dongle firmware again
2. if everything is Ok: report here
3. if something wrong:
3.1. contact to [email protected]
3.2. don't make any screenshots because it's just a waste of time and zero useful information, but attach in your mail file from DongleManager folder: DongleManager.log
3.3. wait instructions from support person

I send it mail to [email protected] few minutes before post it here, but no mail response for 3 days . Thanks to your post here I solve the problem by folowing STEP.1

you succeeded with step 1 only because few minutes ago after i recieve your mail i made needed changes on server
