Exclamation Support Questions to the Infinity-Box team.


I activated your software for two years in the summer 2018.
I needed to use Samsung and Qualcomm modules.
And I was satisfied at first. After a month you introduced an extra payment for Samsung modules use. Now you have ceased the support of Qualcomm modules and don't say whether you are going to support it in the future.

So I ask if you can refund money for the second year (summer 2019 - 2020) of the usage/support.

yes it's possible to replace "2 years support (180 credits)" with "1 year support (120 credits)".
Just write your dongle S/N here, we will check your order and update support date and number of credits for your order.
