its not working for me,i download new shell v1.37 but problem remain the same,i can't access the support site,try the main support and both mirror also, i also send the all details as directed under, but still no response, 1. Run DongleManager 2. Make "Read S/N" operation 3. So, if you was able to access support area time ago, but unable for now - it may be some problems with your PC or your Internet connection etc. Try to enter these links in your browser one by one and see results: server1.infinity-box.biz/download server2.infinity-box.biz/download server3.infinity-box.biz/download What you see when you try to go by these links ? |
