Is This Two Models Supported Or Not 5610mx Music Express & Hantel Ht517 ?

hello!

as long as they are mt62xx MCU based- they are supported.
be careful with 5610 make full backup before any operation.
they often goes into "wrong software" mode.
This phone is posted to us, waiting it to make complete solution

hello!

if pinout you using is correct even dead phone (dead by software reason) will be able to be flashed.
make read detailed informsation and pick flash file according to Original software version
