Z320i still displays sim error contact your operator but no locks in secret menu.the software displays the set is already patched.

Are you able to enter in phone menu ?
Did you tried to use another sim card ?

why not unlock i unlock it with setool box.

hello you have setoll3 box simply click complet phone after flash unlock after flash and check it and post hear

Hello,

If phone has no locks in menu but it did not accept sim card I have no ideas what can be wrong.
Just an idea: eeprom are is damaged by some reasons, but we have no solution to repair this kid of damage due to we never have seen this kid of problems before.
So if it\'s just one phone with this kind of damage my honest answer: we can not give any good advice how to repair this phone now.
