TA-1053 wont connect for QCN operation

i have this TA-1053 i want to backup up QCN and fix imei but i cant get the device to connect for the operation.
device is already rooted and i used some tool to enable diag port but still diag port didnt appear on device manager and i cant even do the desired operation
is there any other way to enable diag port on this device?

As far as know right now only BEST2 can repair whole Nokia Android line.
Without qcn, root,diag or whatever else.

i have downloaded the BEST NK2 setup but i cant see the option to rebuild my imei.
thats exactly what i wanted to do.
please guide me on how to get it done....or is it not supported yet?
secondly can i read security data from a working phone and use it to fix this one?
if i BACKUP security on a working phone and RESTORE security on the other phone.
will it fix the imei and restore it to a working state?

You can clone. But it need only for repair. Then you should repair device original values.

just make uk.off file with any content inside and put in sw folder, make sure uk off in card also in dongle manager. Run sw and you will find all. Next time just use search.
