How can I unlock this phone? benq m300 cable connected, TP connected. I push power button, then the phone is going on and nothing happend

double check that TP conected correctly and correct COM port selected.

heh, benq m300 cable was broken, TP cable had no contact with pcb. now it's all OK. phone unlocked...

Yes, run Infinity BModule software and press "Unlock" button.
