My dongle is blocked. No Best no CM2 - work is stopped for 3days allready!

I send to support my data twice. Post my problem in relevant topics.
Still no answer. Are you on hollydays or something?

If you explain why you used usb sniffer with Infinity module running (20.09.2016) - probably, we will think about unblock.
