- Download CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Run CardID
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

post here information for all your 7 (SEVEEN) card-readers so we will tell you what reader you should use.

Also small advice - if you think that VMware may helps you are wrong.
As I remember Hua supporter told you that chinese windows is not good so I suggest you discuss it with Hua team instead of make "nice" tries with VM.
