tecno cx dead with cm2

i read working tecno cx android 7 and flash faulty and now phone not coming but read info with software i only have info of the readed firmware with cm2

sptool can't flash the back up of tecno cx with cm2 very strange about cm2, can anybody upload the file for me and which tool to back up the phone properly?.

Thanks for the stock boot and recovery,it helped me get TWRP and root
I'll upload a nandroid backup i made with TWRP when I get data in less than 24 hours,meanwhile unlock your bootloader

readed working phone but flashed but the problem the same only vibrate it seems cm2 has problem with android 7 and sptol error with scatter file readed by cm2 and spff still showing error please help infinity team

Hello. We almost finished MTK module rebuild. Hope it will fix all issues. If you have a chance to get factory FW - try flash it. Device should be fixed after.

are u sure they are same build number....which state are u exactly in Nigeria

if problem continues, flash only the logo.bin or preloader and atleast to give the owner assurance...

I don't know if this would work now that the dead phone bootloader was locked
But you can download TWRP from hovatek and make a nandroid backup of a working phone
System and boot
And then try to write recovery image using spft now that you have a scatter from the backup you made if it boots recovery you can restore the backup
