What is this phone history ?
Is it was dead phone before flash ?

Phone was working before, but came to unlock it. Is well known the telcel lg me 970 phones has to be flashed with another firmware before to get them unlocked.

Check battery voltage, charge battery (if need) with external power supply and try to flash phone again.

I fully charged battery, then try again with same negative results. I'll try with another battery then post results...

I tried with another fully charged battery, and same error on flash...

Hello,
If you see the same error during flashing (eror always at the same flash chip address) this means that it's hardware fault (f.e. bad soldered or damaged flash chip).
It is need to open phone and as a first step rehot/reball flash chip

If he has the same log http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...81&postcount=9 again and again it's not a problem with files or flash process but it's a hardware problem.

Well, I don't know really was the problem, but I flashed with furious, and phone come back to life, and the unlock process is now done. I tried many things such change usb cable of the infinity box, I reinstalled the main package, I turned off antivirus, but nothing of these things change results.
