This problem occurs as a result of rooting your phone and having frp on.
You only need to flash corresponding stock boot image and recovery(if necessary) to get your problem solved without loosing data.

The best way to approach a problem.
1. Identify the problem
2. Understanding and knowing the cause(s) of the problem
3. Finding appopriate solution to that problem
That's the best way to be a good problem solver.

I'm pretty sure phone was rooted for some reasons or purposes but wasn't unrooted thereafter.
By so doing, when registered with account and enabling frp, phone can show such problem when restarted.
One does not need to argue when he knows not. The best thing to do is to listen and learn from the one who knows.
