any solution to repair thomson tn710 blink
it show only screen with a watch and power off
i try to flash using flash file in support but the same problem
any solution

Please, check phone hardware first. It's always good idea to check phone hardware because now not so many people know that not only software problems possible in phones but also hardware problems can be th reason that phone can't power-on.

i don't think it's hardware problem because the customer sad that he ttok some pictures and upload ringtone and after that the phone became like i sad show only a watch and power off
is there any solutioon to reset this phone and format ffs

Hi,

uploaded in support:
TN710_repair_ffs_01
TN710_repair_eeprom_01

first load FFS file (like Firmware) and flash it, see results.
If FFS not helps - flash eeprom.
