Attach fault.bin file (it should be in software folder) here or send e-mail with file and problem info to:

Hello,
Do not use any sharing/trace/sniff software with Infinity software. If you have any of these like flexihub uninstall it, delete fault.bin file from CM2 installed folder and try to run software.
If you still have fault.bin file inside CM2 installed folder attach it here or send it to help [at] infinity-box.com
