Total ignorance from Infinity team


Hi

I'm just about to loose the confidece of my best custommer thanks to Infinity Team. It's been 22 hours since i've payed for activation of Language Pack Editor module and i've got no email response ever since from Infinity Team. The strange thing is that until the payment was done i was gettin a reply to my emails every 5 minutes after that total silence.
I post this here hoping that in this way they will care to ansver.

Mate they are also human beings and they also need rest and time for every activity. Give them little time so that they can work for you.

And BTW if you wanted this service why haven't you got activated it before??? Waiting for customers??? And now when customer is infront of you you want everything to be done instant!!! Remember Rome was not build in a day.... Have patience, Infinity Team always do their best and provide fast service.

I believe to create an activation string it takes few mouse clicks, don't u think? I'm vorking in belgium... and this is the first custommer asking me to do language change for bulk quantities, now i'm asking you... will u pay to activate a module that u know u don't use? The reason i do this translation thing is because is for a good custommer of mine and because this job will cover the costs of the activation, after this i can forget about this software. Until now absolutely nobody asked me about changeing languge in chinese phones, even more, i never got a chinese phone to repair, these phones u don't find them in here. Considering what i've mentioned here, tell me!!! Will u pay for this activation in advance since nobody is having these phones? And also, who the hell do u think u are to question me when and on what should i spend my money?!!!
I've payed, so i demand be be served or at least an answer to my emails, something like: "we are tired and we are sleeping, we will give your s..t tomorow" at least i know what a f..k is going on. But when they don't even care to reply my emails thean i think i have the right to express my dissapointment.

I see nobody understands what i've been write in here. Is my english so bad?! I wrote "no freacking email after". When i spoke with the support team they said it will take few hours after the payment. 48 hours it means two days, i guess u all know that, few hours it means less than one day.

Yes u r right, but complete process takes sometime. I just wanted to make you understand but seems like u are in some other mood...And Iam just a normal member here and I just wanted to help you!!!
