transfer activation


my infinity smart card damaged
i buy new CM2 and send mail to support but still no replay after 2 day

my old infinity box S.N : 004B705DA2 is damaged registered to zaki khemissi
Mail: [email protected]
it have best activation+ CM2 valid tell 02/02/2018 and balance: 102 credit
my new card CM2 S.N : 75146E8F registered to zaki khemissi
Mail: [email protected]
i hope you can add unused support and transfer activation

4B705DA2 not detected in pc
i get message "usb device not recognized" in infinity box
i try change reader and pc but the same
i download CardId ths is my log
