Hi team i m trying to update my dongle firmware but always saying this what to do?

i already renew my account so i dont think its account problem plz check and let me know thanks

Hello,

Please, disconnect all other smart-cards from your PC and leave only Infinity-Box Smart0Card.
What is the results ?

Also, do you have Emma installed in your PC ?
