dear infinity team,customer gave me a chinese tv ohone named TV99SD ,it turns on without sim ,but with sim turns off,not restart,turns off,I formatted but no result ,please help me ,if it is software what file to flash it?

it has this flash
TL_T819Z_P38U00F07L70_01_16.

my be it is hard?????

Hello,

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?

no bro,it could not make a call 112.I anderstand what is that .so thank you

Hello,

if phone can not make 112/emergency call in most cases this means that phone hardware is damaged.
