Sadly pinfinder new, its dead.

Hi.
Its sadly
Im bought infinity box and happy.
All working fine no problem whit that, Nice box, good software,
I check about chinese miracle and the pinfinder and decide buy
my pinfinder. im receive it and check cables and box, then after read manual,
connect pinfinder and activate and make some tests (User code, read flash, format ffs, unlock) tried to make imei repair from phone ZTE x760.
For that its needed that phone are fully powered but pinfinder cant power it.
Im make two or four tries phone can be detected and fails to write imei.
Then phone cant be detected cant power on. Then restart software and surprise software cant detect pinfinder.
Im checked 8-8 pins cable and dissasemble box and make replace (short diode) but nothing.
Power led of pinfinder its on (green). But box cant detect it.

Now
Next step??
Warranty??
Any other trick??

Thanks for reply.

also check in device manager if pinfinder is properly installed and what comport it is. is it really in Com6? my pinfinder work well and lots of chinaphones had been successfully repaired...that should be a tough box!

hello!

to get phone powered On from pinfinder power you must activate Silent mode on it.
Some chinese models require startup current 0,5-1A just for playing melody.
Of course USB port can not provide this.

regarding your current problem: does your main infinity box is still working? i mean without pinfinder you can still work with it?
