Unable to activate DC unlocker on infinity box - GSM-Forum

Hihi
I used to activate DC unlocker on my infinity box
After the activation expired,I try to reactivate it but keep show this error:
Error: Service 34; Operation terminated: 00BBExxxxx ALREADY ACTIVATED
Issue ID: 15
Operation canceled
I updated my infinity box still same issue.Log :

Kindly please assist me.
P/S:I sent 3 complaint to your ios service report from 23/05 till now but no respond at all.Left me no choice but have to post here for help.

Wait Respected Yellowboss or Infinityhelp,will contact you shortly.
But Dont update your dongle again,wait until you are told to do so.

U don't need to reactive D.C. ...u need supported activating D.C. Unlocker 1 years
