Unable to connect Moto C123 for SP-Unlock

I have Moto C123 with running only Ufone Pakistan Simcard. I want to SP-Unlock but I cant make connection with with phone. I tried all 3 methods of connection but cant succed. I sure if I connect the phone it will be 100% unlocked but my problem is "Connection with Phone". I m using Infinity C168 cable. Also tried with KG200 cable but no result.

InfinityHelp plz help me how make contact with Infinity & Motorola C123.

I think it was a result of your ignorance of documentation.
Please, tell me, did you checked documentation about latest c123 unlock ?

I rea document carefully I do In repair_test_point picture cut track method but cant connect the phone. I cut the track cleanly.
Phone was still powered on after the cut track.

It may be that you have a phone with new PCB type. In this case yyou need to remove N1 CPU ball (it's not so easy procedure).

Do you try with free Cxxx unlocker?Can read sp-lock with that small tool.
