Hello,

Please, run Infinity-Box DongleManager and make "Read S/N" operation.
Then send full text from DongleManager window to [email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

We do not block support, we want to protect users with small reading skills against danger actions (f.e. like their private data sharing in public forum).

Please, read my previous message carefully and you will understand the reason why your dongle was blocked for two weeks.

The only one thing that I can make for you (in respect to your Product Supporter status) is: you can contact me by mail after 1 (one) week instead of 2 weeks.
