Unable to use Calculator v1.20 - GSM-Forum

Hi, i am not able to to use infinity Calculator V1.20........and getting message that...Is is need to upgade Dongle firmware.......and when i try to upgrade Dongle firmware.....and getting message......Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware..DO NOT try more!!!!!!..How i can solve this problem..thanks
