| Check you dektop property if you blocked your device! press "signature du pilote" and choose "avertir - me demander choisir chaque fois" or "Ignorer - Forcer l'installation du logiciel sans demander mon approbation", run again the installation driver of smart card and infinity box. good look |

| try another USB cable and be sure u dont have another box may make conflict like USTpro etc.. post result BR, Elkawasmy |

If box can not be detected any more, it may be that box become damaged due to wrong rx/tx/-/+ wires connection. You can try to reinstall drivers first, but if problem still exists you can open open box and check it's hardware (or you can use any other cables). Where to get latest FTDI drivers: 1. latest FTDI VCP drivers is here: http://ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes: 1. disconnect box from PC 2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe 3. reboot PC 4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package | |
