unknown usb device - GSM-Forum

Hi, can any body please tel te what to my infinty smart card is not getig detected by any computer it comes up as a unknown usb device and have tryed few computers please help

your smart card is inside box or separate dongle?

it is seperated but I managed to fixed I removed the smart card resoled the reader all is good
