Hello,

It may be that unlock tries counter was blocked due to wrong codes was entered so many times.
You can try to reset phone to it's factory state (f.e. power-on phone with * + # pressed together) and then try to unlock phone again.
also you can try to unlock phone directly (smart-fast unlock method) with latest MModule software.

Where can I find drivers to unlock this phone? I connect it via USB powered on but it ask for G7300 drivers.

Hello,

You have to use Rx/Tg/Gnd cable.

Connect cable, run software, select model, click to SP-Unlock button.
