It may be that unlock tries counter was blocked due to wrong codes was entered so many times. You can try to reset phone to it's factory state (f.e. power-on phone with * + # pressed together) and then try to unlock phone again. also you can try to unlock phone directly (smart-fast unlock method) with latest MModule software. | |
