Please, double check your cable.
It can be that you need to add 2 resistors (22k) from Rx to +V and from Tx to +V

i can unlock 8 set of vodafone 226fm its unlock ok but 226 not unlock by infinity. i try with test point also

What test point you talk about ?

Please, double check pinout, opean phone and check that phone connector soldered well.

yu can also solder the cable directly to the connecto to avoid doubt because vdf 226 unlocking tested by infinity
