unlocking CL75 - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

Please can anyone help I am new to infinity and not having much luck.

I am trying to unlock a cl75, I have connected the box via USB, and have set the box to F-Bus. The TX light some time comes on.

I have selected the correct handset and tried all available ports. Howeve the software does not do anything. It tell me to hold the power button, but after that it does not do anything.

Please can someone advise me.

Hi

Make sure cable is fully in the phone.

Thanks but the cable is fully connected to the handset.

Any other ideas

I had a few like that, it was the cable. It also could be that the connector has come loose inside.
