Help with Flashing a X70

I got another X70 , when trying to unlock with infinity it says

writing error, after first read and remove and install battery.

I am trying to use Winmodo by following the steps below to flash the phone

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now try to Flash it with
Winmodo

Step:-1
101% Fully Charged BATT.
Step:-2
Backup of UPS (Very Very Important Stuff for this Field)
4. Start Winmodo
5. Menu Option -> Boot download: Checked
6. Menu Option -> Smart boot update: Checked
7. Menu Settings -> COM port: select COM port
8. Menu Settings -> Baud Rate: select 115200
9. "CUST" area: Red
10. "LP" area: Red
11. "CODE" area: Green
12. Press "Browse" button and select flash file
13. Connect cable to PC
14. Connect cable to phone
15. Press "Start Download" button
16. Shortly press phone power button

if Menu Settings -> Baud Rate: select 115200 does not Workout then u can Reduce it...

----------------------------------------------------------

When the phone says signalling I press the power button,
it says signalled recieved
then Parameters Exchanged (with the Keypad light up)
nothing else seems to be happening, i watch this for 10 minutes and no change..I try different baudrate and OS and still the same..

how long does Winmodo takes to flash a phone ?

can anyone tell what may be the problem
