Hi Andy, it works 100% but its just about choosing the right cable. i belive you have to use USB cable port , which is left one on the INFINITY BOX (Silver Box) and plug in the X60 cable. and run the software and make sure you choose the same port which is Infinity Box connected on. Phone should be on. and it will do the job .

Hi,

Please, send me log file: Log_X6x_X400_X200_A500.txt
You can find this file in the folder with software.
Mail: InfinityHelp at yahoo.com.hk

Download latest version: X6x_X400_X200_A500_v108

Please, check: do you see LED (near RJ-45 for USB) blinking several times after you press "Unlock" button ?
How namy times you see LED blinking after you have pressed "Unlock" button ?

Hi,

If you did not see any LED activity, this means that COM port selected not correctly.
Software send some data to phone for unlock, and LED indicate that data was really sent.
Please, double check COM port selection.

Check this link, pls.
