| Unlocking X400 problems Hi infinity team ive tryed unlocking a couple of x400 with your box but just keep getting connection error, i thought it might of been cable so bought a new one and still have the same problems. Do you have any ideas why? Regards Andy |

| Hi Andy, it works 100% but its just about choosing the right cable. i belive you have to use USB cable port , which is left one on the INFINITY BOX (Silver Box) and plug in the X60 cable. and run the software and make sure you choose the same port which is Infinity Box connected on. Phone should be on. and it will do the job . Unlocking Expert Team |

| Im still having no joy unlocking the x400 ive tryed with alot of phones now. Ive selected the right com port etc just get connection failed. also have tryed with many cables. Andy |
