Humm, but any of the flash files of v171 contain spanish???? or at least English????

English language present in all V171 files.

Some info from "Flash Files/Language pack description":

Please note:

1. All language packs contain English language (if no special comments).


We will try to add more flash files ASAP.
Also, if you have any V171 with Spanish language, pls, read flash from it and send to: InfinityHelp at yahoo.com.hk

We will test readed flash file and it will be uploaded into support area after test.

Well, can you consider the idea to make an installer for infinity ?

I cant get connection with 2 v171, i try the documentation info, but no luck, the cable is the x60 marked, full batterie, amd still no luck.

Yes, i have 2 cable, triyed and nothing, good question, no light blink when i press flash on the box , only steady on the dongle, why???

Hi,

Pls, be sure that you press (and HOLD) phone Power button when you see message "Press and Hold Power button". Dongle led have to blink several times at process start, but you have to press phone power button when dongle led stop.

Also, pls, attach text from Log window.

1.do you use cable with external power?
2.not need long press POWER ON key ! press it shortly but exist some delay before phone answer (aprox 1 sec) on this phones.
3. if your cable use power from RS232 and software can`t set DTR and RTS to HI connect not succes.

In fact, after flashing at first Power-On you have to see on LCD: "SW Initializing" or "Formatting FMGR". It's Ok.
This message have to be on LCD during about 1 min, then phone restart and power-on normally.

Anyway, waiting for your results.

I can have one in 5-10min, but I would buy your product for this model, so at the moment it might be hard to test...

as i see in inet - phones the same! so may be need just try to connect via flash mode and read FW from V170 if all ok send it to support team and got fast software update :)
