hello jus cant open mabox said upgrad dongle firmware bt using dongle manager after apdate still duing samething....here is picture shows what is saying on my computer

after upgrading and all is ok my box is still have the 0118 firmware and when I put it again for the update Ii annoce to me that my dongle is up to date
azny solution team help me?????????????!!!!!!!!!!

only boxes with active support can be upgrade to ver. 1.20
for others ver 1.18 is top.
with ver. 1.18 you can use mmodule up to ver. 4.14
