I have c-99 PDA PHONE .......phone reciving call but no out going

procedure i followed.....

i formatted

rebuilt IMEI

security area repared still the problem not solved ...what may be wrong

i checked all option in phone is ok.....

pls......give any solution.

formatted in both ways? Safe and complete?
IMEI writing successful? Did you check imei by typing *#06#?

Sir Formated Both Way Safe/complete Imei Is Ok ,,,,,,,,,,,,if No Imei Then I Could Not Recive Any Call But Iam Reciving Calls.............now Matteris That No Outgoing.............callfail...unable To Connect Network This The Massage In Lcd

Can you try to use other operator SIM card ?
Is it the same problem with other network operator or not ?

i tried 3 diifrent operator sim card but only incomming no out going

maybe it is still worth to try to change IMEI to some other and try?
