Using EDL Cable help

I have ZTE A462 FRP

try with DEL cable doesn't connect what hear from pc its connect with sound but I can't see it on the device manager.

please anyone can help or remote help

Can you help me where those drivers to install please

I am using win 10 64 bits

Operation : Reset Settings [ v1.11 ]
 

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back

2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!

3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!
 

Wait for phone...
 

Device not found!

Check cable, connection and drivers!
 

Reconnect Power/Cable!
 

Operation : Identify [ v1.11 ]
 

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
