Question Ustarcom GPRS779 help

Hi Infinity team, I try to unlock ustarcom GPRS779 but no susces,,,,this is the log:

COM14 selected
Device: UTstarcom GSM779
Checking data, wait...
Action: Unlock
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Connecting...
Err: can't run bootcode
Err: boot error[04]
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 35 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
what i doing wromg????

hello!
you can use LG cable, but pinout is totally different.
you have to resolder wires according this:
KEYBOARD TOP
1.........24

13: Phone Tx
14: Phone Rx
24: Gnd

unlock Error...

I had one phone worked fine and unlocked...So I went and bought 3 more infintiy boxes. Just my luck the rest of the 80pcs , can't unlock this new version GPRS779.. So now I am stuck with these phones and with 4 infinity boxes...
So you know how I feel.... Screwed....


All the New GPRS 779 have the same problem with the Flash ID error unlock...

IM RUNING ON V1.29
I UNLOCKED SOME PHONE BUT SOME OF THEM IS NOT UNLOCKING
