Does this model 1218 utstarcom from Claro supported? I have pinfinder, connector same as L10c from Coral 620. but no pin found.

Any idea?

If you have this phone on hands please open phone and post here CPU chip name.

I opened the phone, cpu is sealed with a metal shield, dont know how to remove it.

Ok, please, assemble phone back and then make this test:
power-on phone without sim card
enter *#0044#
press green (send) button
Do you see any message at phone LCD ?
