Exclamation v.138 need fix cuted track phones


with lates versions hav problem conecting with blank(cuted track) phones
this log appear in 90 % of cases

COM2 selected
"repair mode" active
"smart write" active
"soft restore" active
Action: flash
Write: Firmware
Write: Flex
Write: Language Pack
Skip: Eeprom
Device: C113(a),C114,C115,C116,C117,C118
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
Err: initial synchronization failed
Finished, time used: 7 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

please fix this thanks ,other user please report ,if have same problem, i used 5 diferent cables

I used computer com port using rs232 cable instead of unibox and no error given, right now flashing.

Hello!
Changing letency value in Device manager > Com port advanced settings to value "4" might help for work with unibox. Or use com port RS232 cable
