Hi friends, i need unlock V170 tracfone V9.1.28 but it does not connect, maybe need cut?...somebody know....this version is possible??:confused:

Yes powers ok without problems

this means that this is new type PCB where MCU leg N1 is powered under CPU.
To make this phone boot you need to desolder MCU, remove ball from leg N1 and solder it back. Currently no other way
