Yes, you need to use C261 flash files for V175 and you can downgrade to 0.1.32. It's good idea to make backup (read flash) for emergency case before downgrade. Also, you can try to flash LanguagePack only (fast operation) but it's better to check phone functionality after LP-only flashing.
