serious problem with infinity boxes - GSM-Forum

i have a brand new infinity box bought from UNLOCKCELLULAR.com i am not new to install infinity boxes since this is my 5th infinity box i buy for my stores, however just recently i have encountered problems.

1. fisrt of all the box install correctly.
2. secondly the com ports are fine it appears to be install in com #3 perfect.
3. now here's the problem none of the phones i try to connect to the box ever get connected.

i need help fast please............................... i had to buy a new box since i thought the old one was damage unfortunatelly the new one is doing the same thing the old one was doing i have several computers at this shop the DARN THING! does no connect any freaking phones please some one help i'm loosing alot of money due to this problem........

I am sure that it's not a problem with boxes but problem with installation procedure or maybe problem with PC or maybe problem with staff in your shop (they need to study how to work with boxes, how to select correct COM port etc.).
So, please, explain the problem before write message with this kind of subject ! Who knows, probably we must rename thread "problem with drivers" or "problem with PC" or "problem with staff". So we are waiting for your detailed explanation so we can understand what is wrong and give you an advice what to do.

Like i said it is a weird problem i going to reinstall all programs and drivers again and hopefully it works, i have done this procedure afew times with successfull results i just don't know why this is happening...

will post results.....
