Please, post here operation log so we will be able to check what is wrong.
Also, in case of any problems, you always can restore back original eeprom backup (that was created automatically) during any operation.

1. try to flash phone with other firmware/lp files (see \flashfiles\Alcatel\V270\readme.txt file to select correct files)
2. restore original eeprom backup (the first one that was created automatically)

Are you sure that phone was alive before unlock ?
We never heard about phones that was dead during unlock.

Yes mobile worked to unlocking :(

Please, check folder with module, you will see eeprom backup file.
