When I try Dongle Firmware Update : (It says)Version check error: Error: Your update client version is expired! Please download new client from support area and start upgrade again.I have just download last update from support.Any body would help us,please.Here log :Locating Emeralda server...

Then what is the problem. Just simply DOWNLOAD latest DONGLE MANGER. Then update it And ENJOY.

i got same problem here, even the latest dongle manager

error still the same, so i bring it back my box to my reseller

now my box working properly..

OK ! you are right thank you Mr.alamgarh.I used to use an old DONGLE MANAGER but I have just download the latest one and has worked.Thanx again !

You can solve any problem in 10 minutes, no need to ask your reseller to make anything

Yes, it's just a good example that it is very very important to read messages given by DongleManager and follow it exactly.
