That repair tool requires you to REBOOT after each step. Have you rebooted after performing first and second steps in software? So, the exact procedure is: - Make Step 1 - Reboot - Make Step 2 - Reboot - Try to start Infinity You can check service state from Control Panel: Control Panel -> Administration -> Services -> Smart Cards (scardsvr). This service's start up type must be set to Automatically and it should be running. If it is not - start it up. You can also start it up by executing command net start scardsvr |

When I plug it after installing drivers, it says your device is now conncted and now ready for using. But when I go to EMERALDACLIENT for the registration it refuses.I do everething but no sucess, all your instructions but no way. Pls advise what is happenning because it's very strange for me. Thx |

Member: 31047 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | INFINTY BOX refuses to connect I see all the three devices following your instructions: 1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator 2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader 3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card and when I run EmeraldaClient to register It says "Dongle can't be found: Card with specified AID not found! Smart Card API error# 0 Opération réussie Then I go to check Emeralda.log, It's empty. So the box can't connect. Pls help coz I need it. Thx. |
