After done this:
How to make sp-unlock:
1. download "simfree" firmware from support area
2. go to software "Flash" page
3. load "simfree" flash file
4. make "format ffs" box checked
5. flash phone with "simfree" firmware
6. if phone can not Power-On: make "Format ffs" in "complete" mode
7. if phone can not Power-On: make "Repair security area" operation
8. if phone has problems with LCD: select newer firmware for flashing (select by date)

How to write flash:
1. make full flash backup before any operation for emergency case !
2. select firmware and write flash
3. press and hold phone "Power" button for a long time (up to 1-2 min) to make phone Powered-On after flash/format
4. if phone can not Power-On: make "Format ffs" in "complete" mode
5. if phone can not Power-On: make "Repair security area" operation
6. if phone has problems with LCD: select newer firmware for flashing (select by date)

PHONE STILL LOCKED!

Are you sure that Rx/Tx at 2nd picture (points under battery) is at two right points ?
I think that it not so correct.
Could you, please, double check it.

Hello,

Here is direct unlock solution for Alcatel models.
It's beta solution, need to test it and see what will be the results.
Please, try to unlock phone with this new software:

It is no need to flash phone, just use "SP-Unlock" button from software "Service" page.
