Vk 4000 continuously showing connecting
 

i have a vk 4000 that is continuously showing connecting the screen when you put your sim card.however without a sim csrd it normally shows insert sim card.i tried resetting it using infinity but the problem is still there.can someone kindly tell me how to get rid of this problem

did you tried to make 1112/emergency call w/o sim card ?
what is the results ?

if i try to 112 emergency calls it is connecting well without any problems.what should i do next

are you able to enter sim card pin code or phone restart right after you try to power-on it ?

when i enter pin it accepts pin but then soon after thats when it starts to show connecting continuosly.however i have noticed calls can get through if someone tries to call.it wont show the incoming number but rings properly nad you can answer but it continuosly shows connecting during this process and after.
