Disable all ur download accelerator programs coz it uses generic windows download manager for downloading.

ur problem will be sorted out automatically.

follow these steps

1) download dongle manager and update ure dongle
2) download software manager and access support area using it
3) disable all download acceslator

follow all these steps and u will not have problems
