You can try 0000 or 1234

thanks but i had tried those codes and none worked .

i also tried hardreset but it didnt help .

i downloaded firmware from their site but cant figure out how to flash it .

i managed to turn on Developers menu & Enabled USB Debugging but when i plug in USB cable it just charges the battery & fails to find drivers .

You can try also 00000 or 12345

You must use UART Rx/Tx/Gnd cable for VK700

tried already all possible default codes . either client forgot he had made anti theft code or some virus enabled it .

re cable is it same like samsung uart ? can you post link ?

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News - 07-09-2016 - Infinity Chinese Miracle-2 SPD/Spreadtrum v1.21 - PAC creator, latest phones and more !
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell.
It's just an example for Alcatel, if you have another model you must select your model !
