Member: 259133 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 22 |  Need To Unlock Lg Mg180 i have an lg mg180 to unlock i connect the phone to infinity and i can change imei, i can check phone info, everything ok, i selected lg mg161, and i hit unlock, and it does everything, and at the end it says unlocked, but when i insert a sim card, the phone says locked, i tried the two different methods on infinity, but no luck any suggestion please? here is the log COM4 [VCP0] selected Device: LG MG161 Checking data, wait... Phone is locked but does not as to enter code: 1. insert any wrong Sim-Card in phone 2. you will see on LCD: "insert correct sim" 3. type unlocking code and press Call "Green" button 4. wait for few seconds - phone will restart and unlocked |

Member: 86579 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 70 | same problem here i used the red code metthod for an mg160a Movistar. It read a code but i cant introduce it to the phone, none of the codes worked, it says SIM LOCK even with its original provider. i tried direct unlock method 1 and 2, both say unlock ok but the phone i still locked. i flashed it with all the different eeprom repair for this model on the support section and none of them works with this phone, it starts rebooting with all of them. I flashed back its original eeprom and the phone is alive again but still locked, finally i full flashed it with Tel cell Mexico firmware and tried read codes method, direct unlock method 1 and 2 and i obtain the same result. please assist me in the problem infinity. thanks |
